Made from 100% Pure essential oils, this beautiful essential oil blend has a refreshing and clearing blend of Eucalyptus, Ravensara (Ravensara Aromatica) and Peppermint essential oils, which are known to ease breathing and clear nasal congestion.

• Inhale a few drops on a tissue for quick relief or use in your aromatherapy diffuser or oil burners to diffuse the oil throughout the room.

• You can take a relaxing bath with this oil too, it will ease up congestion in the chest and nasal passages. Place a few drops of the oil into a carrier oil like coconut oil or almond oil first, then add to your bath water or rub onto your feet or on your wrists or back of the neck. (Always patch test the oils first, in case of any skin sensitivities)

• As the essential oils used in this blend can ease inflammation, you can use a few drops mixed into a carrier oil and massage it into any aching muscles or joints.

Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old.

Do not apply undiluted essential oils to your skin or into your bath water, use a carrier oil like coconut oil or almond oil to dilute your essential oil into first.
